Ontario igaming and player spending tick upwards in Q3.

Gaming revenue in Ontario grew 22% quarterly to CA$658m ($486.8m/£384.3m/€448.4m) in its third quarter ended 31 December 2023. LiveScore reported revenue of £129.6m ($165.0m/€150.8m) in its full year 2023 results, an increase of 48.9% yearly. LiveScore’s full-year period ended 31 March 2023. Its full-year report focused on operations within its Virgin Bet, LiveScore Bet and sports media business. Gambling made up £108.0m of the total revenue, up by 57.3% compared to full-year 2022.

Nygaard-Andersen hails transformation of ‘responsible’ Entain.

Jette Nygaard-Andersen has issued a public statement following her exit as CEO of Entain last month, praising the business for its transformation into a responsible operator.
