Better Collective has acquired Playmaker Capital for a total price of €176m (£153m/$188m) with an expected close in Q1 2024. The International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) has issued bans to three professional players after ruling they took part in match-fixing activities. Kazakhstan’s Timur Khabibulin, Sanjar Fayziev of Uzbekistan and Igor Smilansky from Israel have all been banned for match-fixing.
