Super Group recorded a profit before tax of €16.8m (£14.4m/$18.3m) for its 2023 financial year, a significant drop from the €216.5m generated the year prior. International Game Technology (IGT) will merge its Global Gaming and PlayDigital businesses with Everi to create a “comprehensive and diverse” global enterprise. IGT will spin off its Global Gaming and PlayDigital businesses, which will then combine with Everi. Under the agreement, IGT shareholders are expected to own around 54% of shares in the combined business.
